ชาวมุสลิม โหวต”สุวรรณภูมิ”สนามบินอันดับ 1ของโลก

สถาบัน Concentrating ประกาศผลโหวตให้สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เป็นท่าอากาศยานดีเด่นอันดับ 1 ตามโครงการ Crescent Rating’s Halal Friendly Travel

นายสมชัย สวัสดีผล ผู้อำนวยการสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ กล่าวว่า ล่าสุดสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ เพิ่งได้รับการโหวตจากสถาบัน Concentrating ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ ณ ประเทศสิงคโปร์ได้ประกาศผลการจัดอันดับ “Halal Friendly Airports” ให้สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เป็นท่าอากาศยานดีเด่นอันดับ 1 ตามโครงการ Crescent Rating’s Halal Friendly Travel เนื่องจาก สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ได้รับการโหวตจากนักท่องเที่ยวว่าเป็นท่าอากาศยานที่มีการจัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไว้บริการนักท่องเที่ยวชาวมุสลิมดีเยี่ยมของโลกประจำปี 2555

สำหรับรางวัลที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิได้รับในครั้งนี้เป็นรางวัลประเภทของท่าอากาศยานในกลุ่ม ประเทศที่ไม่เป็นมุสลิม หรือ Non OIC โดยทางสถาบัน Concentrating ได้มีการสำรวจความคิดเห็นผู้โดยสาร ในหัวข้อ “TOP 10 Halal Friendly Airports” ของท่าอากาศยานต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้โดยสารได้แสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ท่าอากาศยานได้จัดไว้สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวมุสลิม เช่น อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ห้องละหมาด เป็นต้น ซึ่งผู้โดยสารได้ให้ความเห็นว่า สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิเป็นท่าอากาศยานที่สร้างความประทับใจให้แก่ผู้โดยสารชาวมุสลิมได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยมีห้องละหมาดทั้งในพื้นที่สาธารณะ (Public Area) และพื้นที่เขตการบิน (Airside) และมีป้ายบอกทางไปที่ชัดเจน

ทั้งยังมีร้านจำหน่ายอาหารฮาลาลในจุดต่างๆ ภายในอาคารผู้โดยสารหลายแห่ง ทำให้ผู้โดยสารชาวมุสลิมได้รับความสะดวกสบายจากการใช้บริการที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ เป็นอย่างมาก สำหรับท่าอากาศยานที่ได้อันดับ 2 ได้แก่ ท่าอากาศยานชางงี (ประเทศสิงคโปร์) อันดับ 3 ได้แก่ ท่าอากาศยาน Tambo (ประเทศแอฟริกาใต้)
